Interpretation on quality indicator requirements for cotton yarn futures warehouse receipt and test

The inspection elements of cotton yarn quality indicators are mainly divided into 11 elements. The products to be inspected shall be the same delivery batch, the same variety, and the same grade. The sample required for each quality inspection element test shall be uniform and random. Heterogeneous fiber sampling should randomly draw 6 packages (boxes) from each batch. In accordance with: GB/T8170-2008 "Rules of Rounding Off for Numerical Values & Expression and Judgement of Limiting Values": 

(1) If the left-most digit of the number to be rejected is less than 5, reject it and leave the rest of the number unchanged. 
i.e. Round up 12.1498 to single digit and get 12. Round up 12.1498 to one decimal and get 12.1. 
(2) If the left-most digit of the number to be rejected is greater than 5, the last digit of the reserved number is increased by one. 
i.e. Round up 12.68 to single digit and get 13. 
(3) The leftmost digit of the number to be rejected is 5, and when there is a non-zero number following it, it is increased by one, that is, the last digit of the reserved number is increased by one. 
i.e. Round up 10.5002 to single digit and get 11.
